Sound familiar?

Compliance requests you can’t keep deflecting

Clients keep asking about cookie banners

GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and a growing list of state privacy laws mean every client site needs compliant consent — and they're asking you to handle it.

Consent Mode v2 broke your conversion data

Google now requires consent signals for ad personalization in the EEA. Set up wrong, your clients' remarketing lists shrink and conversions go dark.

It's not worth hiring for

Compliance and measurement engineering is a specialty. Staffing it in-house doesn't pencil out — but saying "we don't do that" costs you accounts.

We value your privacy

We use cookies to improve your experience and measure our marketing. Choose what you're comfortable with — nothing fires until you do.

Illustrative dashboards — your consent banner and reports live in your own CMP, GA4, and GTM accounts.

What we set up

Everything a compliant, measurable site needs

01

Cookie & tracker audit

Full scan of every cookie, pixel, and script on the client site, classified by purpose and vendor — the foundation for a defensible setup.

02

Consent management platform setup

CMP configured and deployed — geo-targeted banners that show GDPR consent in Europe, opt-out flows for California, and nothing where none is required.

03

Google Consent Mode v2

Consent signals wired correctly into gtag and GTM so Google Ads and GA4 keep modeling conversions without violating consent.

04

GA4 implementation & repair

Clean GA4 properties: events, conversions, cross-domain tracking, and data filters — or a rescue of the setup that's currently double-counting.

05

Google Tag Manager builds

Organized, documented containers — no tag spaghetti. Server-side tagging available where data quality or page speed demands it.

06

Ongoing monitoring

Monthly scans catch new tags and consent drift before a regulator or a client's lawyer does. Reports arrive with your logo on them.

How it works

Your brand out front, our team behind it

  1. 1

    You send the site

Share the client domain and any context. We never contact your client — all communication runs through you.

  2. 2

    We audit and quote

You get a findings report and a flat wholesale price within two business days. Mark it up however you like.

  3. 3

    We build under your brand

CMP, Consent Mode, GA4, and GTM configured, QA'd across regions with VPN testing, and documented — every deliverable carries your agency's name.

  4. 4

    You deliver the win

You present the work; we stay invisible. Optional white-label monitoring keeps it compliant month after month.

Add a compliance and analytics line to your rate card this month — without hiring, training, or touching a consent API yourself.

FAQ

Agency questions, answered

Something specific to your stack? Ask us below.

What does white-label actually mean here?

Your agency's brand is on every deliverable — audit reports, documentation, and monitoring reports. We work as your back office under NDA, communicate only with your team, and never contact your clients.

Which consent management platforms do you work with?

We're platform-agnostic: Cookiebot, CookieYes, OneTrust, Termly, Usercentrics, Osano, and others. If a client already has a CMP, we'll configure it correctly; if not, we'll recommend the best fit for their traffic and budget.

Which privacy laws do you cover?

GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive for European traffic, CCPA/CPRA for California, and the growing set of US state laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others). Banners and opt-out flows are geo-targeted so each visitor sees what their jurisdiction requires.

How is this priced?

Flat wholesale project pricing per site, plus an optional monthly monitoring retainer. You set your own client pricing on top. Volume pricing is available for agencies sending multiple sites per month.

How fast is turnaround?

Audit and quote within two business days. Most single-site compliance setups ship within one to two weeks; GA4/GTM rebuilds depend on scope and are quoted up front.

Can you fix a broken GA4 or GTM setup without the compliance work?

Yes. GA4 audits, event and conversion tracking, GTM container rebuilds, and server-side tagging are available standalone — also white-label.

Is this legal advice?

No — we're engineers and analysts, not a law firm. We implement the technical controls that privacy laws require and document them thoroughly, but your clients should confirm policy language with their counsel.
